triton tanzt. twisted trident. is a retrospective look back on more than twenty years of existence in the art world, research on how to transmit dance stories twisted and devoured in a whirlwind and insight into Peter Pleyer’s complex world shared with the ideas of Bruno Latour, Nancy Stark Smith, called ghosts of Diane Torr and Doran George or the connection with the Frankfurt Ballet of William Forsythe.
“After a shamanic journey many years ago in Ponderosa, I got the advice to take a trident with me in my teaching and my performances, it would give me strength and authority. I have not followed this advice until now …”
