the field is not a sea
in the field you can not dive
An object performance based on poetry by Berta Doubková. "Every evening I walk across the field and ask: Which way up? What is behind? What is inside? Is anybody home? Does it have legs? Is there anything to fear? Will I fall..?"
The author is a lonely inhabitant of a landscape between objects and words. The landscape that changes through tongue-in-cheek efforts, unclear intentions, simple findings or mere compulsions. A small observations of internal and external "fields" are appearing, as well as cautious attempts to contact and to escape, or the memories of the rules of the children's room from which we have already grown up. A short performance is formed on the border between theater and art installation.
