The first exploratory trip will take us to the left bank of the Vltava River. Our journey begins in Prague 7, a district with the highest concentration of venues operated by independent performing arts organizations, where we visit the spaces of two organizations – Alfred ve dvoře and Studio Hrdinů. Then we hop on a tram and in half an hour, going alongside the river, through Old Town all the way to the edge of “the mental map of Prague art scene,” we arrive at Smíchov’s MeetFactory. Guided Tour offers an opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look and together with the organizations'’ creative staff discuss their dramaturgy and what it takes to function as a cultural venue in Prague.
